We understand that things happen and, if you’re unable to attend a training program, EAL Academy will accommodate your change as best we can based on the information provided here while considering the specific circumstances of your situation along with our own circumstances. EAL Academy makes all marketing and expense decisions based on those that have registered for a training. Because we train in small groups, there's a financial impact when there's a cancelation and there’s no longer adequate time to market to backfill your spot. If the training program is considered full by EAL Academy and your spot can be backfilled, then EAL Academy may offer a more generous refund than outlined in this policy. This determination may be made after the training. Please email EAL Academy (email address above) to request in writing to cancel or transfer your registration. Refunds as follows: 4-day EAL Accelerated Facilitator Certification Training (with or without the bundled Mindfulness training)
|
Webinars and Virtual Programs
Recordings and materials are provided to all that register, so there is no refund. For unique circumstances not described above, EAL Academy will assess a refund administration fee in the amount we determine to recoup our committed costs and the value of products provided, in alignment with the specific amounts specified within this policy. You may transfer or reschedule your training registration as follows:
EAL Academy reserves the right to cancel any training program, change program location, and change instructors. If a training program is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment, that decision will be made no later than 5 weeks before the in-person training start date. If we cancel a training program for any reason, EAL Academy will provide you with the option to participate in a future training program or refund the full amount paid. EAL Academy is not responsible for any fees or expenses incurred related to changing or canceling travel arrangements (airline reservations, rental car reservations, hotel and lodging reservations, meals, etc.). |

Many individuals are curious about our trainings and interested in watching rather than attending, and this is not allowed. In order to support an emotionally safe learning environment and align with the confidentiality commitment all attendees make at the start of a training, only those attending and involved with conducting a training are allowed to be present; which includes training attendees, EAL Academy staff, host staff and volunteers that support the horse activities. Anyone expecting to watch a training must register and fully participate. Effective: April 9, 2021; Last Updated: April 9, 2021
EAL Academy training attendees have the right to use the Training curriculum and materials for their own use but per the copyright only the authors have the right to sell and share any content. |
